A historic opportunity — now, for you, with us

AI gives everyone a chance.

AI puts a kind of knowledge into everyone's hands that the whole world is only just beginning to learn. As a company, an employee, a non-profit or a job-seeker — we are all starting from the same line right now. A starting position like this comes once in a generation, and whoever steps up will shape not only their own future, but the future of AI and work itself.

01, Mission

More voices, better future.

AI is shaped by people, taught by people, and used for purposes that people decide. So it matters whose experience, perspective and knowledge is present in that process. The more diverse the people sitting at the table, the better the technology becomes — and the fairer the world it helps build. Futable exists so that everyone can contribute to it.

The name

fut|able

/ˈfjuː.tʃə.bəl/ “FEW-chuh-bul”

A portmanteau of future and able. Becoming AI-native isn't about the future happening to you — it's about your team being able to shape it. Every person, every role, every generation.

001

AI-native skills for everyone

We teach the skills the whole world is only starting to learn — in an inclusive format, on a flexible schedule, with scholarship places available. Equal footing, for real.

002

Companies that act today

Companies that invest in AI culture now build a durable competitive advantage — and create real impact while doing it.

003

The labour market, redesigned

We redesign workflows, services and organisational culture with a human-centred mindset, embedding what AI makes possible. Because good design is better for everyone.

In short

The future of AI will be shaped by the people who sit down at the table now. You can be one of them.

02, Evidence

The mission is also a business decision.

We believe that companies working with diverse, AI-native teams are not just fairer — they are measurably more successful workplaces. This no longer has to be taken on faith. Over the past two years, the first large-scale independent studies have clearly linked productivity, retention and inclusion. Below we have pulled together the strongest numbers for SME leaders, with a European and Hungarian lens first.

What you read here will also show up in your own P&L.

+30–35% productivity lift for the least-experienced workers when they get AI tools in hand — and turnover drops at the same time. Brynjolfsson et al., QJE 2025
−75% that is how much the education-based productivity gap narrows when everyone gets AI access — AI helps most those who started further back. NBER Working Paper 34851, 2025
7.4% / 13.5% only 7.4% of Hungarian firms use AI versus a 13.5% EU average — the starting line is still open to everyone, but the gap is widening fast. Eurostat · European Commission, 2024
01 — If you move

Well-used AI is a competitive edge.

Productivity, retention, revenue

Companies that introduce AI deliberately see measurable gains in performance, lower turnover and higher engagement. This is not a marketing claim — independent, large-sample studies say the same thing, from different angles.

  • +15% average, +30–35% for newer staff in customer-support teams, with turnover going down at the same time. (QJE 2025, n>5,000)
  • 10–20% cost reduction in software, manufacturing and IT; 10%+ revenue uplift in marketing, sales and finance. (McKinsey, State of AI 2025)
  • 68% lift in job-satisfaction scores among Copilot users; 84% self-reported 10–20% productivity gains. (Microsoft / BCI 2025)
  • 40–60 minutes returned per worker, per day — and 38% of firms reinvest the gain in upskilling, not layoffs. (Worklytics, EY 2025)

02 — The moment is now

The gap is still narrow — today.

The inclusion starting line is real

AI-native skill is not yet a privilege. When a company teaches it inclusively, colleagues over 40, working parents, minority talent and people with disabilities catch up — and proportionally, they gain the most.

  • Only 12% of US workers use AI daily; globally, 56% of workers received no AI training in the past year. (Gallup, Manpower 2025–2026)
  • The education-based productivity gap fell by 75% in a randomised experiment (n=1,174) once everyone had AI access. (NBER 2025)
  • Below-average consultants improved by 43% with AI; above-average ones by only 17% — the productivity tail rises the fastest. (Harvard / BCG, Jagged Frontier)
  • Europe's working-age population is shrinking; retaining 40+ colleagues and working parents is no longer CSR for SMEs — it is survival. (Eurostat · national stats)

03, Services

What we offer.

Our goal is social progress — and, as a consequence, inclusion. We have learned that the most effective change starts inside companies. Businesses are the cornerstone: when an organisation works better, the first winners are its employees, but the effect ripples through the labour market and, eventually, through society as a whole. AI will be shaped most by the organisations that work with the most diverse teams. Every one of our services serves that goal, inside the company and beyond it.

From zero to hero.

01

Workflow optimisation and digital toolkit

We help your team use the available digital and AI tools with confidence, consistency and security. We map your workflows, remove unnecessary friction, and build a clearer, more efficient way of working in which employees are more engaged and know exactly what they are using, when and why. Along the way we build your in-house AI-native team — the people who will become your own engine of innovation.

AI-enabled accessibility

How do you make a workplace truly accessible for everyone — not just on paper? We map physical, cultural and technological barriers, then build tailored solutions grounded in real people's real situations. We apply technology where it actually helps, and use monthly follow-ups so the improvements become part of day-to-day operations.

The people behind us.

Kovács Janina, Üzletfejlesztő

Janina Kovács

Co-founder

Janina spent 12 years in the civil and public sectors, where she got a close-up view of the systemic barriers that decide who gets access to the world of work and who does not. As a business developer she learned how to turn that experience into organisational reality. She sees AI not just as a new technology, but as a rare chance to rewrite the rules before they harden. She co-founded Futable with Eszter in 2026.

Weinberger Eszter, Alapító

Eszter Weinberger

Co-founder

Eszter built strong tech-innovation and transactions experience as a strategy consultant at EY, then led growth programmes across Africa, Europe and the Middle East. She believes that the presence of diverse perspectives is not only fair but critically important — especially in a world where AI is taught by people, and where the jobs of the future and AI's performance are actively shaped by whose voice is at the table. She co-founded Futable in 2026 to make sure that voice is as diverse as possible. Author of the inclusive-hiring publication "Hire and Higher" (2024).
